The breakfast could be better

Everything from start to finish, cleansiness, diversity of services, staff friendliness, aesthetics of room, lobby, pool, good food, good music etc etc

The hotel looks nice however the ladies in the reception are very slow , they have an attitude it’s like they are the one paying your room , very not professional I didn’t like one single lady in the reception

The ladies staff are very rude , very slow and they don’t speak properly they don’t explain what should be explained

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfectly managed and exceeded my expectations

The room was exceptional, very clean, excellent view, great location, the best service.

The view to Burj Khalifa was astonishing, the infinity pool one of a kind, and the staff always super attentive to details and left surprises in the room everyday. The total control of the room by iPad is perfect.

The pool is way too crowded My room was right above a bar or some thing it was too loud everyday till late at night

The breakfast staff is impeccable, most of the front desk were really helpful and kind.

The cleaning wasn't up to par a few times , rushed and just stacked items in the washroom, didn't change toiletry , definately didn't vacuum as same food crumbs still obviously where we ate.

The room was above a club which played loud music all night and I couldn’t get sleep. Staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue and finally had to be given a different after midnight. Requested late check out which they granted then proceeded to ask me to leave early. Room was not cleaned for two days.

My room was close to a bar that did a party every night I was their and it was pretty loud.The pool is way too crowded.

So disappointed with my staying here. I live in Dubai, but booked a junior suit, because I needed 2 days off. When I arrived, I saw that even if the suit is advertised as facing the city, the obly thing that was facing was the highway with the train passing by. It was so frustrating and disappointing to see this, cause when u read in the description "city view" u expect to see the city, not a highway, if I knew I would have booked a normal room with a better view.In the end they changed my suit with a smaller one, and with extra charge....which ofcourse messed up all my day.Second day I just wanted to stay by the pool, Alto 54, which was noce, but where I found out that the staff is selling fake tequila Class Azul.During the day, I ordered couple of margaritas and I specifically asked to be made with Class Azul, they said that it will be extra charge 189 AED per drink and I accepted. The drinks were not tasting as normal, but I never thought to ask to see what they are using, untill the evening when I went up again with my friends, asked the same tequila plain and when they brought the tequila we saw that it had another color. We told the waiter that this is not Class Azul, because Class Azul is yellow,not white. She brought us the glass and pour from it and then we saw that indeed in that glass was other tequila. We asked to speak with the manager, she came, and after we told her what happened and she checked, she came back to us apologising and saying that indeed, they don't have any more Class Azul. Ok, you don't have....than why you put other tequila in that bottle and sell it like Class Azul? She tried to apologise and send us a fruit platter as a complimentary, but imagine how much we wanted her fruit platter when we realised that during the day we paid extra for the tequila in the margaritas and during the night they tried to fool.us again, so the second day was ruined by this.

Not long enough

Location and facilities are very nice

The room smells smoking, even though it was a non smoking room.

Clean

First, Too much diffusers which was uncomfortable. Specially that my friend is asthmatic. Second, my booking was a twin bedroom so the hotel was supposed to get my room ready but when we arrived it took them some time to arrange it. Third, the bed and pillows and sheets don’t meet the address standards.

We liked everything. Top of the Top. High class hotel. The facilities, the food, the views (from the room, and the 2 pools) the room very clean and spacious .. we took with an access to the lounge and it was very useful and cool. the staff was Attentive - would like to mention Craig and Soukaina from the reception and specially Fatima from the lounge she is one of a kind.

Nothing.. we liked everything

the pool in the top has the best view of Burj Khalifa you can just stair at it for hours while enjoying the pool.
